The nelfood.com Story

nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Forum: Lost Password
Due to the fact that access to the discussion forum requires you to have logged on to
the Food Properties DataBase, and that users are recommended to use the 'Remember
Settings' option, it is unlikely that you would ever forget your password.
If you do however, retrieving your password is simple. All of the pages that require
you to identify yourself with your username and password carry a "lost password"
link that you can use to have your password emailed instantly to your email address on
record.
When prompted, enter your username and email address (the username you were sent when
you registered and the email address that you supplied at that time) and press the Submit
button. A few moments later your password will be emailed to the recorded email address.
