The nelfood.com Story

nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Forum: Modify User Profile
You may easily change any info stored in your registration profile, using the
"profile" link located near the top of each page. Simply identify yourself by
typing your username and password and all of your profile information will appear on
screen.

Description |
| User Name |
This is the name used by the Forum and the DataBase to
identify each user. You may not modify this value. |
| Password |
This is the password used to secure your connection to the
DataBase and the Forum. |
| Email Address |
This is the email address attached to the username. This
email address is used as an alternative method of identifing a user and is used for
emailing Forum information. |
| Home Page |
This is the users Home Page. |
| ICQ Number |
This is the "I Seek You" on-line messaging ID for
the user. If this feature is implemented users can use the ICQ messageing system to
converse with other online members. |
| Country |
This is the users country, selected from the drop down list. |
| Signature |
This is some default text that the user may have
automatically added to the end of their postings. Normally, it would include the user's
full name, address and email information. This would allow other forum readers to contact
the user directly. |
