The nelfood.com Story

nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Bibliographic Date Search
The Bibliographic Date Search page allows a user to search for a document based on either the
publication date or the date of entry / last modification.
Two dates can be entered to provide limits or choose to search before or since the entered date.
To east the entry of dates, datepicker tools have been included. These little calendars
should be used to selcet the dates of interest. It should be noted that only the publication year is available for searching on.
After the search has occured, the total number of records that have
matched the search criteria is diplayed followed by a number of tables of
record summaries.
These record summaries contain the ID number of the bibliographic reference,
the document's authors and title, and the name of the journal or book that the
document comes from.
In order to open a particular document, click the ID number in the left most column.
