The nelfood.com Story
nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Experiment Details Added Succesfully

Once you have added an experiment's details, you must add the experimental data for that experiment. If you fail to do this, the data set attached to the experimental details will become corrupted and both the details and the data willl need to be deleted and re-entered.

Similarly, if you attempt to add additional data sets to an existing experiment details this will cause the existing data set to be corrupted.

To prevent this type of problem, the ability to add additional data sets has not been implemented, and the ability to accidentaly attempt to add new data sets has been removed by only allowing data sets to be addd to new experiments.
