The nelfood.com Story
|
nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Entering Experimental Data
This table allows you to add the specified data into the columns in the order that you specified.
Data is added by entering the value into the empty cells, and moving to the next cell for the next value.
New rows are added by entering data into the row preceeded with Add Line [number].
The last line of the table can be deleted by using the Delete ID Entry [number]
A sample matrix is shown below:
Note: Changes are not saved until the Update button is pressed.
Any item in the matrix can be modified by re-entering the data but will not be saved until the Update button is pressed.
