The nelfood.com Story
nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Independent Variable Selection

The displayed list identifies all of the properties that were selected from the Parameter Selection form.
A sample selection is shown below with 3 properties.

The topmost property must be the Independent Variable. Use the Up and Down buttons to move the selected property into the desired order and to ensure that the independent variable is at the top.

If you no longer want a property it can be deleted by selecting it and clicking the Delete button.

If the wrong property has been deleted, or the order is incorrect, use our browser's Refresh option to reload the page as it was originally specified.

Use the Number of rows to build field to specify how many rows of data you wish to add
Note: The number of rows of data can be changed when the data is added.

When all the required information has been supplied press the Create Data Grid button to create the matrix for data entry.
Note: The creation of the data grid may take some time, so please be patient.
