The nelfood.com Story

nelfood.com grew out of the Physical Properties of Food DataBase project.
This project was initiated to collect and make available on the internet reliable and useful data on Physical Properties of Foods.
The project was part funded by the EU, received commercial sponsership from Nestle, RHM and Unilever, was managed by Dr Paul Nesvadba, and the internet work was done by NEL.

Registration
Before you can access any of the data stored within the database, you must register with the service.
To register, the Registration Form must be completed and submitted to the site's administrator.
Normally, all registration requests are honoured and an immediate reply is sent to the supplied email address.
The registration form is similar to the one shown below:
Note: On occasion users may be required to forward an email to the webmaster in order to activate their account. This only happens when an error affects our ability to send email.
The website administration reserve the right to cancel subscription at any time and without notice.
